The hotel location is gold! Your front desk was also super helpful making a reservation for our group to a local spot – very much service oriented. Both Vikortiia and Scott made my life easy, you were both very responsive from the start. Scott also offered up some local restaurant options and local entertainment options (hockey) in case we were considering after work hours fun. Nice to have someone anticipate our needs and offer suggestions. The audio-visual portion of the day went off without a hitch and your rooms were perfect, not a thing to fuss over. Julievic was looking after us in our room was such a delight, what a gem of person she was. We all appreciated her gentle and kind nature. She took great care of us.
Having been involved in conference planning with numerous hotels over the years, I can honestly say that this has been the smoothest and least stressful one yet!
From our initial meeting, Scott impressed us with insightful questions that truly demonstrated his understanding of our conference needs, goals, and budget. This thoughtful approach continued throughout the entire planning process. Working with Marcie in catering and Layne in AV was also a genuine pleasure. Similar to Scott, they both showed remarkable attention to detail, were incredibly accommodating to our needs, and offered excellent suggestions and alternatives.
There are so many small and generous acts of kindness that speak so highly of a team committed to providing a great experience. Feedback from delegates also gave high praise to the location, the rooms, and the food. One delegate stated that “the whole conference had a great vibe” and it started with a great hotel team.

The Women for Men’s Health Big Ball is our Centre’s signature event for the year. We have engaged Hotel Arts to help us produce this high-end event for the last 3 years. We experienced an amazing tasting on site where we learned more about the food and met the chef. The food and beverage station menus were beautiful and the staff who served the guests were friendly and professional.
The food and beverage component is critical to the ambience and tone of this event. I cannot begin to describe how amazing the service and food was. The guests could not stop talking about how unique and delicious the food was. Just as important was the presentation. People raved about the creativity of the food beverage stations and every detail was perfection. The set-up team made planning and arranging the event so easy and stress free! Our group hosted an international meeting and a chefs’ competition in Calgary, and our official hotel was Hotel Arts. It was extremely complex and the attendance was 245 people. All major events including the black-tie 10 course dinner with beverage pairing, were held at Hotel Arts. There was never a challenge unaccepted, never a time when anyone said no. It was always “let’s look at that” or “no problem”. This is the sign of a truly innovative organization with the guests’ interests at heart. Everything was extraordinary; the gala dinner was a true gourmet experience, and the service teams throughout the hotel always exceptionally professional. Hotel Arts is highly recommended.
