Do you cater outside of Hotel Arts?
Yes. We are capable of providing catering anywhere in Calgary and beyond, at any scale, for any audience.
Can you cater outside of Calgary?
Yes. In addition to catering throughout Calgary, we serve surrounding areas and mountain destinations, including Canmore and Banff. If you’re unsure whether your venue is within our service area, get in touch – we’re happy to discuss your event.
Do you require a location with kitchens?
No. We regularly cater events in venues without on-site kitchens including private homes, tents and unique event spaces. We’ll assess the location beforehand and bring any equipment needed to ensure your food is prepared and served safely and to the highest standard.
Can you provide staff for off-site events?
Yes, that is an option we offer. Refer to our Levels of Service page for more information.
Can you provide rentals such as tables, dishware, and glassware?
Yes, that is an option we offer. Refer to our Levels of Service page for more information.
Do you handle setup and cleanup at offsite locations?
Yes, that is an option we offer. Refer to our Levels of Service page for more information.
How much does your catering cost?
Each catering and event is unique and we work to build a menu offering specific to your vision. Once you connect with a member of our Events team, they can provide you with a custom menu package and an estimate.
Do you have fixed pricing?
Our pricing is designed to scale with your event. We work with you to create a proposal that suits your vision, with pricing based on your final menu selections and event requirements.
How do I get an estimate?
Submit your inquiry here. The more information you provide, the more accurate your estimate will be. Once we receive your submission, one of our Events Managers will connect with you to discuss your event, answer any questions, and prepare a customized proposal.
I have a guest with a dietary restriction – can you adapt your menu?
Yes. Our experienced chefs can provide alternatives and design entire menus to any specification.
What dietary restrictions can you cater for?

How far in advance do I need to book?
The sooner you book, ensures a smooth, stress-free planning process. Of course even “last minute” bookings are possible. We’re here to support.

We can cater for any event at any scale. We frequently host corporate events, weddings, social and private events, fundraisers, galas, conferences, large-scale business summits, parties, bar mitzvahs and more.
What size of event can you cater for?
From intimate gatherings of two guests to large-scale events of over two thousand, we provide catering for events of every size. Whether you’re planning a corporate event, wedding, gala, fundraiser, private dinner, bar mitzvah, or celebration, our team can tailor a catering experience to suit your needs.
Do you provide bar services and rentals?

We can cater at any venue in Calgary and beyond. From private residences and corporate offices to weddings, event venues, and outdoor locations. We also host and provide catering of all styles in our own event spaces at Hotel Arts, and have established partnership with many leading venues such as TELUS Spark Science Centre, Studio Bell, and more. Do you have a recommended list of venues?

I’m an event planner and I’m looking for a catering company to connect with – do you collaborate with external planners?
Yes. We can customize levels of service to your exact needs. If you are an event planner, and require only catering services, our team will work with you to deliver exactly that.
I’ve never ordered catering before in my life – can your team help me plan?
Absolutely. As part of our tiered levels of service, you can work with one of our experienced Event Managers to help you plan your menu and assist in coordinating logistics. From your first inquiry to the day of your event, you’ll be in good hands.
