Miranda & Drew’s Wedding
Just outside the city, a beautiful family estate in Bearspaw became the backdrop for a wedding filled with warmth, romance, and effortless elegance. An extended cocktail hour invited guests to mingle with loved ones over signature His & Hers cocktails, elevated canapés, and gourmet sliders before the celebration moved into a stunning tented reception. Surrounded by family, friends, and sweeping views, guests gathered for a refined three-course dinner thoughtfully designed to reflect the couple's unique story, creating an unforgettable evening of connection, celebration, and exceptional hospitality.
Trace Associates’ 20th Anniversary
To mark their 20th anniversary, this corporate celebration took guests on a culinary journey across Canada. Working closely with the client, our culinary team designed a custom menu inspired by the diverse flavours, ingredients, and traditions of each region, with thoughtfully paired beverages to match. From coast to coast, every food and drink station told a story, creating an interactive dining experience that celebrated both the company's milestone and Canada's rich culinary landscape. We loved the opportunity to showcase our passion for food while bringing a unique vision to life for such a meaningful occasion.
Lexus at Studio Bell
We were honoured to be the catering partner for our client's prestigious awards celebration at the iconic Studio Bell. The evening was designed as a true celebration of achievement, featuring a spectacular Champagne tower, a selection of custom-crafted canapés, and a bespoke three-course dinner created exclusively for the occasion. Guests enjoyed an elevated beverage program, including custom signature cocktails designed to appeal to every palate. The unforgettable evening was made even more extraordinary with an exclusive performance by Cirque du Soleil, creating a truly immersive and memorable experience from start to finish.
IRIS Gala 2024
The IRIS Gala was a celebration of community, creativity, and giving back, values that closely align with our own. We loved transforming our Poolside venue into a vibrant Miami-inspired experience, bringing people together through exceptional food, hospitality, and entertainment, all in support of a meaningful cause. Events like this showcase the power of gathering people around a shared purpose, and we were proud to play a role in helping The IRIS Foundation raise funds for organizations making a positive impact in our community.
The Big Ball
A yearly tradition of raising money for partnering foundations, The Big Ball is a large scale charity gala hosted in all ours ballrooms including our Poolside venue. With thoughtfully curated cuisine, signature cocktails, live music, and stylish accommodations, Hotel Arts is proud to bring people together for a shared purpose in support of community-based charities.
Breakfast on the Bridge
As guests gathered at sunrise for a community fundraising event supporting military families and veterans, Hotel Arts curated a custom breakfast experience that reflected our passion for exceptional food, bringing people together over thoughtfully prepared cuisine in an unforgettable setting.

It was such a pleasure working with you leading up to and at the event. You were always so understanding during this unusual time of planning an event during covid and quick to create solutions at each point. You went so above and beyond, so a big thank you to you for making the process so easy and reassuring. Another big thanks to your team. I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly, Jim and the rest of the events team for a recent wedding that we planned at Hotel Arts, and I can’t say enough about our experience at the venue. During the initial planning stages to the day-of-execution – everything was exceptional. Kimberly was so attentive throughout the entire process – emails were always responded to in a timely manner, everything was well organized, and her level of genuine care for ensuring the couples wedding day was going to be the best day of their lives was second to none. During set-up, we also had the pleasure of working with Jim who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Truly such a wonderful and caring team of individuals that are part of the events team at Hotel Arts. I’m looking forward to many more weddings at this venue, and with this team! Blush and Co Events
Hotel Arts catered our wedding and we got to stay there for two nights as well. Their off-site catering is phenomenal. All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was. Some even said it was the best meal they’ve ever had! Kimberly and Jim really took care of us throughout the planning process and on the day of. They were both wonderful to work with! The room we got was very nice as well and worked great for getting ready photos of the guys. I highly recommend Hotel Arts if you’re looking for a caterer.

The Women for Men’s Health Big Ball is our Centre’s signature event for the year. We have engaged Hotel Arts to help us produce this high-end event for the last 3 years. We experienced an amazing tasting on site where we learned more about the food and met the chef. The food and beverage station menus were beautiful and the staff who served the guests were friendly and professional. The food and beverage component is critical to the ambience and tone of this event. I cannot begin to describe how amazing the service and food was. The guests could not stop talking about how unique and delicious the food was. Just as important was the presentation. People raved about the creativity of the food beverage stations and every detail was perfection. The set-up team made planning and arranging the event so easy and stress free! If you are looking for great professional service, great staff and amazing food – go with Hotel Arts!
