Underground and surface lot self-parking is free for hotel guests who book directly with Hotel Arts and free for guests dining at Yellow Door Bistro, Freestyle Social Club, and Poolside; our Front Desk will validate parking stubs. Parking reservations are not required. Public parking is available at the below rates; we also offer monthly parking rates.
Underground
Accessible from 13th Ave, our underground parkade is heated. Guests can proceed directly to park before checking in. Maximum height 6′ 6″ (1.98m).
Surface
Accessible from 12th Ave, our surface lots can accommodate taller vehicles.
Electric Vehicles
Hotel Arts has four electric vehicle charging stations in our underground parking lot with SAE J1772 Type 1 electrical connectors. Charging rate is a flat $2.50 per hour, with a maximum output of 6.7kW; actual charging rate will vary by vehicle.
Bus & Coach
Our Front Office can advise and assist with oversized vehicles, including with City of Calgary street permits.
Valet
Available 24/7
Let our valet service make your arrival seamless. Pull up at our front door on 12th Ave and we’ll take care of the rest including an exterior clean. Valet service is $30. Valet service with an electric vehicle charge is a flat $42; battery charge amount will vary by vehicle.
